Quality Sourcing Solutions is a team of highly skilled engineers and quality specialists. We understand industrial product. We've sourced components for use in assembly plants all over the world, and we've also relocated entire product ranges to China. You won't find a better, more qualified technical team anywhere.
For three years, the team of Quality Sourcing Solutions has been managing technical projects and providing engineering and QC support for sourced industrial product. We understand the unique challenges of operating in China. We understand the manufacturing technology, the management systems, and we have a broad network of very high quality suppliers. Our engineers and QC specialists are ready to make your project a success!
We are located in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. Ningbo has a capable deepwater port, and many high-quality suppliers. China is a very large and rapidly growing country. We soon realized that in order to add true value, we have to specialize in an area, and learn it well. QSS is American-owned and managed, but several of our highly-skilled Chinese staff are Ningbonese, giving us an extra edge over non-local competitors. Of course, for some specialty components, we have to travel outside of Zhejiang province.

Our founder and general manager, Blake Keller, has over 17 years of broad technical experience. He has performed R&D on alternative-fuel vehicles as well as aerospace and biomedical research on astronauts and Special-Forces divers. He has also served as a test engineer and compliance laboratory manager for an automotive airbag company. His specialty has been as a test engineer, where he was responsible for designing tests and instrumentation packages for a wide range of projects. Mr. Keller began his management experience as a project manager for R&D projects, and quickly moved into department manager roles.
After serving as an Engineering Manager for a large US company, Mr. Keller was promoted to Director of Engineering and relocated to China in early 2005 to start up operations there. The primary role was to provide QC and engineering services to support cost-reduction opportunities. Mr. Keller was then promoted to Director of Engineering and Quality Control, China, where he was responsible for overseeing quality of the manufacturing operation, in addition to sourced-product quality. |
