Description
Inspection of product to your specification. Includes working with you to understand your requirements, preparation of a quality inspection plan, coordination with the vendor, performing the inspection, and submitting a comprehensive report to you.

Factory audit / Factory Survey |
 |
Description
The factory audit is a full day, two-team inspection of the factory. We review all quality management systems, as well as implementation on the shop floor. Every process is followed from start to finish, e.g., change management is followed from change initiation to actual implementation on the floor. A complete report is prepared for you, including digital photos and interview notes with top management.
A factory survey covers all of the same items, but doesn't follow all processes. In short, we make sure the processes are addressed, but don't check all of the quality management details. To make this service most valuable, we focus on actual shop floor practices.
